Recordings of inbound and outbound calls along with Hala Financing employees' notations from these calls, are maintained for ten years to document discussions and decisions. • Extended Storage: In some limited cases, the personal data may need to be stored for more than 10 years, such as Until the investigation is closed or the dispute or complaint is fully resolved.
